Your Parish Council: How We Work for You

No Man's Heath and District Parish Council was established in May 2007, following the merger of Hampton Edge and Larkton Parish Council with Bickley Parish Council. Since then, we have served the communities of Hampton, Edge, Larkton, Bickley and No Man's Heath itself – working quietly but consistently on behalf of the people who live and work here. As the most local tier of government, we sit closest to the communities we represent, and that proximity is something we take seriously.

Much of what we do involves making sure residents have a clear voice in matters that affect their everyday lives. We consider planning applications and submit observations to Cheshire West and Chester Council, keep a close eye on local issues such as highways, footpaths and public spaces, and work to ensure that the views of our communities are heard at a higher level when decisions are being made. We hold regular meetings, all of which are open to the public, and we publish our agendas and minutes so that anyone can follow the work of the council at their convenience.

We also aim to be straightforward and easy to reach. Whether you have a question about a planning application, want to raise a local concern, or simply wish to find out more about how the parish council operates, your councillors are here to help.
